Model & configuration

The supplied STL is offset 111.12 mm along X; it is re-centred before the axis change. The faceplate window follows the switch front profile (107.6 × 21.6 mm, bottom at 11.45 mm, 3.1 mm right of centre): the switch slides through with its ports flush with the faceplate front inside the 74 mm frame. Four corner cradles at the front and rear cup the switch's rounded lower corners; the overlap check shows them as contact. Overall 1U. Check print tolerances; the published double-switch variant is not included.
